- Exercise outdoors only when the air quality is clean, usually in the early morning.
- Avoid taking walks between the hours of 6-8 p.m. when dust particles are starting to fall.
- Use a good quality pollution mask when the air is especially bad.
- Maintain the engine of your car and motorcycle engine.
- Reduce unnecessary trips to market, etc..

- Collect and separate the daily garbage and never burn the contents.
- Decompose dry leaves, fruit peels and vegetables in your garden.

Earth Day Concert
The Global Warming Combat Organization and Share and Care invites all to enjoy the global warming awareness campaign. Award Winners

Food Festivals
The Special Mediterranean Food Festival in April held at the Nimman Bar & Grill at Kantary Hills Chiangmai presented the featured exquisite cuisine prepared by French Chef Philippe Belly from the world renowned Cape Panwa Hotel in Phuket. We enjoyed Moroccan couscous (or, semolina) with luscious raisins served with lamb, beef, and chicken kebab, a big bowl of regional chunky vegetable soup, chick peas and wine marinated beef stew. The food critics left the dinner wearing dreamy smiles on their faces.
