Beccofino Trattoria Chiangmai is beautifully furnished with a hint of old world style. It’s a professionally operated joint venture with the Beccofino Italian Restaurant of Bangkok with a local Chiangmai hotelier Khun Dusit Thammaras.

At Beccofino Trattoria Chiangmai you will enjoy exquisite culinary treats of authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine, meticulously prepared by Executive Chef and Co-owner Angelo Rottoli. A wide choice of pastas imported from Italy and a selection of handmade pasta and crisp thin pizzas from the specially built Italian wood-fired oven. To complement the delicious Italian delicacies, wine connoisseur, Kit Marshal, has selected a variety of top Italian vintages as well as other excellent imported wines from around the world for enjoyment with the fine cuisine.

The professional management team at Beccofino Trattoria Chiangmai Restaurant includes Italian Chef Angelo Rottoli who has worked in well known 3-Michelin-star restaurants noted for their culinary achievement in Europe, Japan and France. Chef Angelo has experience in working in many regions of Italy including working in Florence for nearly six years. Also in the partnership is Mr. Kit Marshal, a wine connoisseur for more than 30 years who has owned a restaurant and bar in Hollywood, California. The restaurant manager is Giovanni who is an Italian National and has owned and managed an Italian restaurant in Egypt. The Chiangmai service team has been trained by Barcelona-native, Carlos, a professional hospitality trainer from Spain.

Italian cooking is among the world’s richest and most varied, providing dishes for every occasion. The menu features Italian delicacies created by Chef Angelo who always uses the freshest available ingredients. A selection of pastas on the menu are hand made and the ever-popular pizza is held in high regard by Thai diners. An Italian specialist designed and built the wood-fired pizza oven that retains a very hot and even temperature and also instills a fragrant aroma from the smoldering hard wood. Authentic style pizza as served in Napoli is on offer hot and fresh each time. Beccofino Trattoria Chiangmai is open for lunch and evening dining. For lunch, an appetizer buffet with soup is Baht 250++ or enjoy a choice of main course plus dessert and coffee or tea at additional Baht 60++.

The a la carte menu selections will rotate often while the signature fancy appetizer platter, “Beccofino Appetizer”, remains a crowd pleaser. The combination of various cheeses, melon with parma ham, and other side dishes is the way to start an evening of fine Italian dining.
