The special Normandy menus for the holidays include a five course menu on December 24-25 features “Filet de boeuf aux trois poivres cepes a la provencale”. The six course menu on December 31 and Jan 1 features “Roti de veau aux chanterelles”.

Christmas Buffet December 25 serving from 1 pm to 10.30 pm. Start off with 18 types of salads, soup, the main dishes are Roast Turkey, Roast Beef Aujus, Roast Lamb, German BBQ Honey Ham, Salmon with Lemon Butter, King Prawns and Italian Sausage Stuffed Shells with Marinara. COmplete with two type sof potatoes, cranbertries and vegetaboes. Tropical Festive Fling - Friday 21st December: It's Christmas festivities gone tropical! Loud shirt night at Tuskers. Dress loud and proud to qualify for special Tropical Christmas promotions. With no alcohol being available on the Saturday and Sunday (due to the Thai elections) there is ample opportunity for recovery so it is time to go Christmas crazy with a heap of special festive promotions, fun and games.

Christmas Day - 25th December: A Chiang Mai Christmas Day celebration. This will be a ticket only affair to allow us to provide a festive feast for our Christmas Day guests. Starting at 4 pm we will celebrate a Christmas to remember including a secret Santa presents exchange.
